How long do pre-orders take?

Most of our items are on a pre-order basis. This is done not only to prevent overproduction, but also an effort to help lessen waste and damaged goods to our ecosystem that greatly suffers the consequences of the enormous amount of excess produced by fast fashion brands each year. 

It will take roughly around 2-3 weeks to fulfill your order.* Shipping date may be earlier or later than anticipated, depending on production schedule, quality control and public holidays. We will send you an update on your shipment right away via email. *Due to Covid-19 and Government mandated restrictions, production might take longer.

NOTE: Only pre-order if you are willing to wait. We know this kind of shopping demands patience but it can create a much more valuable experience for you and for us as this also encourages about making a thoughtful purchase and recognizing all the process behind a piece of clothing.

Can I cancel my order?

We cancel orders if the item has not been paid after 24 hours once order has been placed. You may also email us or send us a direct message on Instagram

What payment methods do you offer?

We accept payments through BPI bank transfer, Gcash or PayMaya. Payment instructions will automatically be emailed to you upon checkout. 

Where do I send proof of payment?

You may attach your proof of payment to this page.

How much time do I have to pay?

You only have 24 hours to settle your payments.

All shipping information must be accurate and complete when placing an order. Madweek is not liable in any delays and issues on delivery associated with incomplete shipping address and contact information and for any errors in shipment due to technical or other reasons beyond control. 

When will I get my order?

It usually takes 1 to 3 business days to process and ship orders within Cebu City. Provincial deliveries take around 3 to 7 business days via J&T Express.*

*Due to Covid-19 and Government mandated restrictions, shipments may be delayed.

NOTE:  Only fully paid and ready orders will be out for shipment every Friday of the week.

Where can I track my order?

Just simply go to your shipping confirmation email and click on the tracking number. This will lead you to our courier's tracking order page, where you’ll need to type in your tracking number to see all the updates on your package.
